FLAT ROOFING FOR HOMES
We install and replace flat roofing systems for homes throughout West Wales, including garages, extensions and other low-pitch structures.
For these areas, we use modern solutions that provide dependable waterproofing without unnecessary bulk.

Common signs your flat roof needs attention
You may need a repair or replacement if you’ve noticed:
- Water pooling on the surface
- Leaks or damp patches inside the property
- Blistering, cracking or lifting
- An older flat roof where leaks are starting to become a regular issue
Flat roofs depend on good drainage and a watertight seal. Once either starts to fail, problems can develop quickly.

Our flat roof services
We install flat roofing systems chosen for dependable performance rather than short-term fixes:
- Fleece Backed EPDM rubber
- Liquid roofing
EPDM is ideal for straightforward flat surfaces and offers strong resistance to weather and UV exposure.
Liquid systems are often better for roofs with complex details, penetrations, or unusual shapes.
Our work includes:
- New installations
- Full replacements
- Repair and refurbishment
We know a flat roof usually sits right over the part of the house you use every day. That’s why we plan the job carefully and keep things moving so you can get back to normal quickly.
Why choose modern flat roofing?
Modern materials offer:
The two systems we use, fleece backed EPDM and liquid roofing, are suited to different situations. Getting the right one for your roof makes a real difference.
- EPDM suits clean, uncomplicated surfaces like a straightforward garage or extension roof – quick to fit with minimal fuss
- Liquid roofing handles the tricky jobs: tight corners, unusual shapes, pipes and vents coming through the surface
- Both are far more reliable than older felt, without the joins and laps that let water in
- Sits low and neat over the parts of your home you use every day with no unnecessary bulk
Lifespan depends on the existing structure, drainage and detailing, but modern systems typically offer long, reliable performance.

Is EPDM better than traditional felt roofing? +
Yes, good quality EPDM offers greater longevity and reliability than traditional felt.
Will a new flat roof improve insulation? +
Replacing a flat roof can be a good way to upgrade insulation and improve overall thermal performance.
